“ If I could give 10 star to this fine establishment, I would. As I walked into this place with my father, I noticed that the women working the register was carefully instructing a confused guest about the menu. As we were ordering, I saw a lot of sandwiches being made, and mentioned something about it being a busy day for them. The employee agreed and told us that they had recently received an order for over 90 subs! I was blown away, as only three employees were staffing the establishment at that busy time, but they seemed to be managing. As we sat down to wait for our order, the women who had taken our order came out from behind the counter and gave us two extremely large drink cups, as a token of gratitude for waiting the extra time it took to make our sandwiches. We only waited a few minutes longer than expected anyhow, and the sandwiches were extraordinarily scrumptious. I would definitely recommend this quick lunch option as the customer service was amazing and I was overly compensated for my wait by the wonderful employees. ”
“ Tonight I went to penn station east coast subs for the first time. Bobby helped me and he was helpful. I had the philly cheesesteak with mushrooms, banana peppers, and pizza sauce. I had to try the fries made fresh from potatoes on the spot and a freshly squeezed lemonade. Favorites: definitely the fresh bread you could tell it was homemade and it was far better than any sandwich place I've been too even my favorite (firehouse subs.) Dislikes: 11 dollars is pretty steep for a sub! ”
